Refund & Cancelation Policy

We are dedicated to providing students with authentic, carefully sourced supplies, handmade icon boards and comprehensive written materials that we prepare for each student in class.  We incur a loss with every cancelation when we cannot fill the vacant seat.  For this reason, every class lists a price, the amount which is nonrefundable, and a posted registration deadline, after which no refunds will be made.  

We cannot be responsible for conditions outside our control.  If you are unable to attend a class after the registration deadline has elapsed, the class is forfeited.  We do not grant prorated refunds, ship supplies that would have been received in class, or offer uncompensated personal instruction.

The refund policy for Sacred Art Tours is posted in the travel documents.  Please read the terms very carefully.

 

Wait List

If a class is filled, please email director@classicaliconography.org to be placed on the wait list.  If a seat becomes available, you may be offered a place, but a seat in class is not guaranteed until payment is received by the date specified.  Make your payment on time to avoid losing the seat.
