Classical Iconography Institute provides some financial assistance to students in financial or spiritual need who desire to learn and practice iconography to further their spiritual education and make a commitment to the community. Our ability to provide scholarships is based primarily on donations.

Scholarships may be granted in full or in part, depending upon available funds.  

Student Responsibility

Scholarships are offered for the specific class applied for by the student.

The student is responsible for requesting and completing the scholarship application, indicating how much the student is able to pay and/or tasks a student is willing and able to contribute in lieu of full payment and submitting the application on time, which is the posted registration deadline.

Applications are due by the registration deadline.

Eligibility & Award

Anyone is eligible to apply for a scholarship.  Priority will be given to students who wish to continue with their iconography and/or religious studies, have demonstrated the meaning and role of iconography in their life, and who contribute in some way to the program and community.  New students are encouraged to apply, indicating how iconography will be incorporated into their spiritual life, and how they can actively participate in the program.

Applicants will be advised of awards within a week of the registration deadline.
