We walk on the “road less traveled” – exploring cultural/religious/historical sites that nurture our love of learning and places at the root of our faith. This is a trip for lifelong learners.
This specialty pilgrimage to Cyprus is tried and true, as my colleague Fr. Ilya Gotlinsky of Orthodox Tours has offered pilgrimages to sacred sites for over 20 years. It was important that each step along the way had been tested, and the local guides and drivers have worked for Fr. Ilya, the architect of our tours, so that the trip goes smoothly. Trips in the Fall offer great weather at an optimal time to travel because sites are less crowded since children have returned to school and many travelers have already concluded summer travel.
Our group of travelers quickly became a group of friends, owing to our common interests and faith. Our group expressed how deeply soul enriching it was to experience these beautiful places of early Christian worship. Many are returning on this pilgrimage.
More details will be posted in the coming weeks.
